Enjoy a true Karoo farm experience while staying at our beautiful, tranquil, quiet and safe Welvanpas Guest farm.

Situated 14km north of Middelburg on the N9 and 73 km from Colesberg (Eastern Cape).  The turn-off from the N-9 is well marked. Follow a well-maintained gravel road for 1.8 km, passing tranquil surroundings to reach our beautiful old farmhouse.

This beautiful old farm house is surrounded by the beauty of mountains and huge trees.  Away from the city and it’s busy roads, you can recharge yourself before tackling the busy life again.

Welvanpas is ideal for a quick overnight or even a longer stay to properly take in the mountain fresh air and stunning views of the quiet Karoo.

We offer guests various choices of  accommodation, choose between one of five en-suite rooms, a single, double, three-sleeper room or one of our family rooms.  Limited DSTV channels for our guests are available. The caravan and camping sites are covered with grass and equipped with electricity and braai facilities. The ablution facilities are of a high standard and equipped with hot water.

Guests can cool off by the pool and relax while nature lovers and bird watchers can take guided or unguided day hikes on the farm. Breakfast and dinner is available at very reasonable prices.
